ClubLink is a football knowledge duel game. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect while you use the game, why we process it, and your rights.
Data we collect
When you use ClubLink, we may process the following types of data: • Account data: your email address (for sign-in/sign-up), username, and profile details (avatar, language preference). • Game data: the matches you play, scores, XP and RP, your leaderboard position, goals, and achievements. • Device and technical data: crash logs, basic analytics, and device/OS information that helps keep the app stable. • Premium and purchase data: when you make a purchase, your payment details are not stored by us; the payment is processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. We only see whether an entitlement is active.
Why we use your data
We use your data only to provide and improve the game: • To create your account and keep you signed in. • To correctly calculate matches, rankings, and your progress. • To detect errors and improve performance and security. • To correctly apply entitlements such as Premium. We do not sell your data for advertising.
Third-party services
ClubLink may rely on third-party service providers for areas such as analytics, crash reporting, authentication, notifications, and payments. These providers only access the data needed to deliver their service and are subject to their own privacy terms. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. No email is required. Deletion is immediate: your username, sign-in methods, profile photo and friend connections are removed, and your account can no longer be accessed. Anonymized match records are retained so other players’ histories and leaderboards stay accurate. If you would rather not do it yourself, you can also email support@playclublink.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
User eligibility
ClubLink is a general-audience knowledge game. To use the app you must be of an appropriate age under the laws of your country or have the required consent. You must use the app in accordance with the applicable app store and local regulations.
